    • Estimating and cost plans using sub-contractors and supplier prices

    • Liaising with yours, or our recommended design teams and engineers to finalise designs ahead of on-site works

  • We offer the following quantity surveying services to both sub-contractors and main contractors:

    • Value preparation and submission

    • Cashflow forecasting

    • Sub-contractor enquiry/ordering

    • Final account preparation and submission

  • We can carry out detailed material schedules relevant to each trade for your entire project. This includes:

  • We can act on the clients behalf in the managing of construction projects to completion.

    • Review progress and provide reports to the client and main contractor

    • Carry out interim valuations or certify payments

    • Prepare snag lists prior to plot handovers and manage through to completion
